Smart Service Queensland (SSQ) is successfully integrating government services and information to facilitate faster and easier access for Queensland Government customers.
SSQ is the front door to the Queensland Government - delivering service excellence for Queenslanders where customers are able to conduct a range of transactions or get information through one phone number, one website or one integrated service counter.
Smart Service Queensland's objective is to deliver value for money by:

To achieve this, Smart Service Queensland is coordinating and delivering a range of government services through one point of access for the customer.
The result is a simple, efficient and cost effective point of access staffed by well trained and knowledgeable employees.
Hearing impaired customers can contact Smart Service Queensland through the National Relay Service on 13 36 77. Alternatively, people in rural areas can visit one of the 68 Queensland Government Agent Program offices throughout the State.
