Search tips

Keyword search

Search for discounts by entering a keyword and selecting where to search for that keyword. For example:

  • To search for discounts from businesses containing ‘Acme’ in their business name, enter ‘Acme’ in the keywords field and select the 'Business name' option.
  • To search for travel discounts, enter the term ‘travel’ in the keywords field and select the 'Category' option.
  • To search for discounts that include something free, enter ‘free’ in the keywords field and select the 'Discount offer' option.
  • To search across any field (business name, category or discount offer), enter a term in the 'keywords' field and select the 'Any field' option.

Search by location

Search for discounts by location (suburb or region) or postcode. For example, to search for discounts from businesses in Coorparoo, either enter Coorparoo in the 'location' field OR enter the Coorparoo postcode, 4151, in the Postcode field.

If searching by postcode, you can search for businesses in the surrounding area of that postcode by ticking the 'Include surrounding areas' checkbox.

Advanced search

You can combine the two forms ('Search by keywords' and 'Search by location') to search for a discount containing particular keywords from business in a particular location. For example, to search for travel discounts in Coorparoo, enter travel in the 'keywords' field and select the 'category' option, then enter Coorparoo in the 'location' field.
