How do I get a job in Queensland?
There are several ways to find a job in Queensland. Some industries have accreditation such as a Blue Card for child-related industries or the Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme.

How do I register a business name?
To operate a business in Queensland you must register your business under a business name with the Office of Fair Trading.
How do I complain about goods or services?
If you are unhappy about goods or services you have received, you should first complain to the business concerned. Information is available to help you. If you want further help from the Office of Fair Trading to resolve the matter, you can lodge a complaint online or by calling 131304.

How do I apply for a Senior's card?
If you are eligible, you may apply for either a Seniors Business Discount Card or a Seniors Card. You can make an application online, by mail, in person or by phoning 131304.
How do I pay my rego (vehicle registration)?
Current vehicle registrations can be renewed online. New or unregistered vehicles will require additional measures before they can be legally driven.
