Search the co-operatives register
We maintain a register of registered co-operatives.
You can ask us to:
- provide a computer extract from the register
- search a co-operative’s file (this also shows their financial reports).
You can’t access an extract for a deregistered co-operative. However, you can still search its file.
Computer extract
You can ask for:
- registration details, such as name and date of registration
- names of directors
- address of the registered office.
Search of a co-operative file
You can ask for:
- registration details, such as name and date of registration
- names of directors
- address of the registered office
- co-operative rules
- their audited financial reports.
Doing the search
You can apply and pay for the extract:
- online
- in person at one of our offices
- send us a written request.
We can send this extract to you within 10 working days. You must pay a fee to access these documents.
