About ordering and pricing
A valid street address or lot on plan description is required when placing an order.
Email orders will be processed during business centre hours and the SmartMap will be forwarded to you as a PDF attachment to a tax invoice-styled email.
Scale and size
SmartMaps vary in scale and paper size, which will affect the amount of data displayed.
Prices list
SmartMaps prices depend on the product and the size. Prices can be viewed in our fees and charges list by searching for smartmap.

- SmartMaps can also be ordered from our business centres or by phone 13 QGOV (13 74 68).
Note: Large format maps (A2–A0 size) must be ordered online, as some business centres cannot produce hardcopy maps larger than A3.
