This section informs you about lists and registers we are required by law to keep and maintain or that relate to our business activities and functions. As a new department we are in the process of developing these lists and registers. The following information is currently available.

CITEC

The information resources listed below are internal documents. Requests for this information will be processed in accordance with the Right to Information Act 2009. Application fee and charges may apply.

  • Service Level Agreement Register—used for managing CITEC service agreements. The register includes summary information on the client and agreement.
  • Register of Suppliers—used for managing vendor contracts. The register includes summary information on vendor sand contracts and is available only to authorised users. Some general information about this service is publicly available.

Queensland State Archives

These resources are available online:

  • Online database ArchivesSearch—this is the online public access catalogue of the archival collection.
  • Indexes provide access to information about people in the archival records. Numerous indexes are available and cover a wide range of resources, including: immigration, land settlement, employment, inquests, and divorces. Check the website for current resources.
  • Lists included in Publications—thematic guides to the archival collection include lists of archival records and are published as departmental guides, Signposts, Pathways, and Brief guides. Check the website for current resources.
  • Treasure chest—a list of unusual or interesting items people have found in the archival records.

This register shows gifts and benefits valued at more than $150 that have been given and received by the department and its employees. This may include multiple gifts or benefits, where their total value exceeds $150 in a financial year.

This trip is a good pilot of the new vegetation compliance model which focuses on education for minor offences.
