Our decisions
A corporate governance framework will effectively support the strategic management of the department and the achievement of organisational objectives. This will ensure the department achieves its strategic goals and operational objectives, monitors risk and optimises performance.
Within each business area, senior management teams convene regularly to manage and monitor business activities, priorities and performance.
In addition, departmental officers are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct for the Queensland Public Service. The code requires officers to act with integrity, professionalism and respect when performing their duties.
