Travel Trainer Pass

The Travel Trainer Pass allows registered assistance-dog trainers to travel on all TransLink services for free when training:

  • people with disability to use public transport
  • guide, hearing or assistance dogs to use public transport.

The trainer can only use the pass when they are undertaking training. The person being trained must have a valid go card, ticket or pass for travel.

How to register

To register for a Travel Trainer Pass, contact the Manager of Ticketing Services at Queensland Rail on 07 3235 2810.
