TransLink Access Pass

A TransLink access pass is available to people who can travel independently on TransLink services but cannot swipe a go card at the beginning and end of their journey.

For an annual fee, the access pass allows unlimited travel on all TransLink services (except Airtrain) for one year.

How to apply for an access pass

1. Download and complete an application form
   • TransLink Access Pass Application form (PDF, 1.8MB)
   • TransLink Access Pass Application form (DOC, 537KB)
2. Attach a high-quality, colour passport size photo
3. Have a health care professional complete and sign Section 2 of the form and the photo
4. Mail the completed and signed application form and photo, along with the application fee, to:

          BRISBANE  QLD  4001

Renewing an access pass

Access passes must be renewed every year by completing a renewal application form:

• TransLink Access Pass Renewal form (DOC, 210KB)
