TPI Veteran Travel Pass

The Totally and Permanently Incapacitated (TPI) Veteran Travel Pass provides unlimited free travel on:

  • TransLink bus, rail and ferry services in south east Queensland (excluding Brisbane Airtrain services)
  • qconnect local bus services in regional towns and Queensland urban centres
  • regional ferry services that offer government subsidised concessions.

Who is eligible?

Queensland residents who have a Commonwealth Department of Veterans' Affairs Repatriation Health Card—for All Conditions (Gold), that is embossed Totally and Permanently Incapacitated (TPI) are eligible to apply for a TPI Veteran Travel Pass.

How to apply

Complete a TPI Veteran Travel Pass Information and Application form (PDF, 293KB) and attach:

  • a photocopy of the Department of Veterans' Affairs Gold Card that is embossed with TPI
  • two photographs (one must be verified by an authorised witness).

Post the application form and supporting documents to:
