CityCat and ferries
Accessible ferries
Only CityCats are fully accessible for passengers who use a wheelchair. They have wide access gates and seating inside the cabin and at the back. Hearing augmentation to help people with hearing difficulties is also in place.
CityFerry and Cross River Ferry services are not accessible.
Accessible ferry terminals
The following CityCat terminals are fully accessible:
- Mowbray Park
- New Farm Park
- Northshore Hamilton
- QUT Gardens Point
- Regatta
- Riverside
- Sydney Street
- West End.
Assisted access may be needed at the following CityCat terminals-CityCat crew are trained to help:
- Apollo Road
- Bulimba
- Guyatt Park
- Hawthorne
- South Bank 1 and 2
- University of Queensland.

Assistance dogs on ferries
Certified assistance dogs can travel on all CityCats and ferries as long as they are wearing an assistance coat. If travelling with an assistance dog, always carry an assistance dog handler card.

A range of subsidies, concessions and passes are available for use throughout Queensland.
