Specialist supports for school leavers

Support is available to help young people with a disability move from school to adult life.

We can help you, your family or carer, plan for the future and set goals including:

  • strengthening communication skills
  • connecting to social groups
  • studying
  • accessing work experience or voluntary work
  • developing day-to-day living skills, including catching public transport and learning to use a computer.
