Leadership programs for men, women and youth
Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre offers accredited courses in Indigenous leadership as well as non-accredited short courses in specific leadership skills and mentoring.
The Indigenous Leadership Program offered by the Australian government aims to develop leadership skills for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men, women and youth 18 years and over.
Women’s mentoring and leadership workshops
Free seminars in communities across the state are available for Indigenous women to develop leadership skills.
Indigenous women’s mentoring and leadership workshops are also offered together with seminars to help Indigenous women guide other women and girls in their communities.

Queensland Indigenous Youth Leadership Program
Queensland Indigenous Youth Leadership Program invites 40 Indigenous youth, aged 18–25 to participate in the 6 day program each year. Held in Brisbane, successful applicants are selected from urban, regional and remote Queensland communities. All transport and accommodation is provided.
