When you register, your personal information will be added to the Queensland Register of Nominees to Government Bodies (the register).
The register is kept according to the Information Privacy Act 2009 and provides Queensland Government (government) agencies with details of people who want to be on government boards or committees.
Your personal information will be held securely and will be used by authorised staff to maintain the register and fill vacancies.
If you have chosen to receive updates, we may share your information with government or non-government agencies to send you information on government services and events.
We will not give your information to anyone unless you give us permission or we are required or permitted to do so by law.
If you wish to be removed from the register, please contact us. We will notify you when you are removed.
